Fee Summary

Service Investment
Monthly Management Fee 8% of collected rent (minimum $120/month)
Tenant Placement (New Lease) $1,000 or 50% of first month's rent (whichever is greater)
Lease Renewal (Existing Tenant) $500 or 25% of one month's rent (whichever is greater)
Non-Resident Filing (Annual) $350 per individual requiring NR4 filing

All fees exclude GST. Project work, evictions, and admin support are billed at published hourly rates.
