Support Your Local Business (SYLB)
The pandemic has affected us all financially in one way or another, but perhaps those who have been most affected are small business owners, and they continue to be at risk the longer the pandemic goes on. Some have been forced to shutter their windows and close down, while others are just managing to scrape by, but just barely.
We want to help, which is why we’ve created Support Your Local Business (SYLB). This initiative, created by the 3PM team, is a way to bring both landlords and tenants together to help their community and assist in promoting and fundraising for local businesses.
How does it work?
First, tenants will come up with a list of small businesses such as cafes, cake shops, and other independent businesses of their choice. Once the list has been completed, a fundraiser will begin where anyone can contribute to the businesses. Depending on the amount of funds raised, we at 3PM will pre-purchase gift card orders from $100-$300 for each of the businesses. Businesses who receive these funds will be able to provide special discounts towards purchases, therefore it benefits everyone in the community.
100% of the funds raised will go directly to the local businesses and a list can be provided to those who ask for it.
