Utilizing Subtags:Next, the subtags for features, amenities, and site influences are crucial for highlighting the uniqueness of your rental properties. These subtags make it easy for potential tenants to filter and find the right type of properties. For example, some renters may specifically look for properties with high ceilings or air conditioning.

Listing Title for Apartments:If your listing is for an apartment, you should also include the complex name in the listing title, for example, "The One - by Concord, 1 Bed Unit."

Writing the Description:For the property description, include any features not covered by the tags, such as a special view, proximity to landmarks like Rogers Arena, nearby schools, Starbucks next door, proximity to Yaletown-Roundhouse Station, etc.

Announcing Show Dates:Announcing showing dates is also important; you can always come back to update your availability for showings.

  • Transparent Pricing
    Clear cost structure—35% of the first month’s rent or $600, whichever is greater, with the first full credit report included.

Placement Only

75% of the first month's rent

    A copy of the property key is needed to manage showings efficiently

    Charges 75% of the first month's rent, including the initial credit report, with additional reports at a fixed rate.

Full Package Placement + Ongoing Management

50% of the rent is for placement. 8% of the monthly rent is the price, although it may vary if not part of the
